Every seamless design purchased or downloaded from The Bows and the Bees includes our Standard Commercial License, allowing you to create and sell up to 250 finished physical products per design.

If your business is producing beyond that limit, our Extended Commercial License gives you room to grow.

WHAT THIS LICENSE INCLUDES

The Extended Commercial License allows one business or brand to use eligible seamless designs purchased or legitimately downloaded from The Bows and the Bees to create and sell up to:

5,000 finished physical products per design.

This license applies across eligible seamless designs you have legally obtained from The Bows and the Bees—you do not need to purchase a separate Extended Commercial License for every individual design.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LICENSE UPGRADE

Purchasing this license does not include or provide access to any seamless design files.

You must separately purchase the individual designs you wish to use or obtain them through an active Seamless File Library membership.

This license simply extends the commercial usage rights for those designs beyond the 250-product limit included with our Standard Commercial License.

YOU MAY

Use eligible designs to create and sell finished physical products, including items such as:

Bows, apparel, fabric products, accessories, stationery, paper goods, packaging, craft products and other finished physical merchandise.

You may manufacture these products yourself or have them produced on behalf of your business, provided the design files are shared only as necessary for production and are not retained, reused, sold or distributed by the manufacturer.

YOU MAY NOT

You may not resell, share, distribute, transfer, sublicense or give away the original digital files.

You may not sell the designs themselves as digital artwork, seamless files, clip art, digital paper, templates, design resources or other downloadable products.

You may not upload the files to print-on-demand, marketplace or design-library services where the original artwork can be accessed, extracted, purchased or used by other parties.

You may not claim the original artwork or seamless design as your own.

The license may not be transferred or shared between businesses or brands.

SEAMLESS FILE LIBRARY MEMBERS

If you obtained a design through an active Seamless File Library membership, your Extended Commercial License applies to eligible designs you legitimately downloaded while your membership was active.

Purchasing an Extended Commercial License does not provide continued access to the Seamless File Library after your membership ends and does not provide access to designs you did not download or purchase.

Production exceeding 5,000 finished physical products per design, national retail distribution, mass manufacturing, or other high-volume commercial applications require a separate licensing agreement.
